I think they should stopped scripting the show, you can tell when Richard is actually having fun not reading a script. Cut the paper and antics, have fun and let us see what you want us to see.

I am hooked, each episode usually has 3 stories going, I like this type of thinking. I like that they put in how the department was run, and now its run differently to serve the people. They also show the bias towards cops and that "some" cops think they are the mob.
