Watched all episodes. Gorgeous scenery and costumes. But. Badly written. Poor plot. Stilted dialogue. Wooden performances. It came across as a very badly written, romance novel.

Really, really bad writing; cliche-filled episodes; improbable, illogical scenarios. Mediocre acting. Watched all episodes because I love the books. Will not watch Season 2.
