Aurora

As a monster movie that is based on a game, I think this movie was very entertaining. I myself do not play Monster Hunter by Capcom, but I do enjoy a good monster fight. I understand that people like more of a plot but what would you expect from a game that isn't plot-heavy. The CGI is amazing with iconic monsters from the game at every turn in the movie. Although the plot seems more like a self insert fanfiction, there is no drag between the fights with nonsense dialog. Would rewatch this movie? Yes. would I go out of my way to watch it again? Probably not. Would I watch it if I had a hankering for a monster fight and I wasn't in a Godzilla mood? Yes.
