It was good. Darker and more sinister. I thought Judd not having that thick accent would bother me but it didn't. Kinda wish the preview didn't spoil the plot twist bc the moment you thought it was going to be Gage but then it was Ellie would have been shocking. They changed ALOT but I like that there are something's in it from the book that were not in the original. I wouldn't even call this one a remake but a reinvisioned version... It stands completely on its own. I'm left with this dark feeling that I can't shake..
