Are you kidding me? There is nooooo way any fan of the original movies, Karate Kid I, II, and even III, can justify giving this any rating except 5 stars! This series is well done, and in many ways better than the original movies. My one and only suggestion is this: stop releasing the entire season in one day. I know binge watchers will disagree with this, but releasing the episodes one week at a time will create a better and heightened anticipation for the next episode!

I don't care what the "critics" say, I loved this movie! Yes, it diverged from "canon" comics, and yes, I own and have read many of the early Venom comic renditions. If you're looking for "canon" or Spiderman...then you need to take a step back outside and look at it for what it is: a stand alone new story that was well done by Sony. IMHO the best parts of this movie are when Brock is taken completely by surprise by Venom's voice in his head! "Hungry!!!" LOL!!! Tom Hardy did a great job, Sony did a great job...no complaints whatsoever!
