Not very good - not very accurate - my wife is a nurse - she is very detailed about her job - this show is not how it works! No new nurse gets thrown-in without one to one training with an existing nurse- even if they are experienced. like how the equipment works - where are things stored, etc. That's not drama but its the truth.
