This game is better with friends, but so far solo it's the game I was expecting, and entirely worth the hype. The people who rate this game with a low score or give it mixed reviews are, for all intentions and purposes, the same people who are dissatisfied with a product because they think it will be bug free on launch. The gameplay is great, the sound design is amazing, the FX is beautiful, the looting alright (it gets repetitive), the map size MASSIVE, the enemies challenging but rewarding to fight, and the dynamic ambiance hauntingly beautiful. Don't listen to the mixed reviews. Take my word, spend your $40, and experience this game for yourself.
