This is a great game that's well designed in general and a lot of fun. Responsive controls and its a true sequel of the classic franchise. However, there is an element that is continuously frustrating, and it's the never ending boss battles. Metroid has always been about the exploration, but aside from being hunted by the EMMI, boss battles are so frequent that it injects a lot of frustration to the overall experience. I say this because they are not easy and it takes a lot of trial and error to get it right, almost like making the right dance moves. The overall experience with bosses have hindered the game play for me and I wish they actually put more thought into exploration for Metroid veterans who've played for more than 30 years.
