I don't watch tv. In my opinion it is an instrument of socio/political conditioning...mind manipulation. It is also extremely boring, repetitive and eye-wateringly banal. Its 'educational' programmes are usually superficial and in any case, outside my sphere of interest. Furthermore, I object strongly to the obtrusive nature of 'power marketing' as I term the equally banal advertising campaigns. I have not seen 'The Family' and don't plan to do so any time soon.
