Watching the show today they are discussing should you pay smokers to give up. My point is would this also be applicable for alcoholics and drug abusers. As i dont think anyone has been murdered or attacked under the influence of a cigarette . There are other abusers which cost the NHS . Not just those that smoke. !!!
