This series clearly gives importance on many virtues like loyalty, friendship, love, bravery etc.Some story lines are really interesting but towards the end it gets boring. I just watched it till the end only to fancy stefan and damon. But the season 's finale is purely magical and i literally cried. Some moments in between the episodes are very sentimental. Best part was the love triangle. It shows the true emotions one can have for one. It's not like elena was cheating on stefan or she abruptly turned him down. She took her time and did what she thought was best for her. Overall i give it a big thumbs up. Lastly it's way better than twilight series.
