Matrix 4 = Disaster. Poor casting. Terrible story telling. Even worse delivery. It was perplexing on many counts. It seemed like there was a deliberate attempt to ruin this much loved franchise. They clearly didn't have the fans in mind and looked like they were trying to deconstruct the entire concept. The film is basically a parody of earlier Matrix installations. I observed people walking out of the film mid way in the cinema, and I for one actually made a mental effort to sit through it. I can't believe I'm saying this as a Matrix fan but this is one movie they should never have made. Complete and utter disappointment.
