I a common man like to say 'Odiyan' is one of the best Indian movie. I saw it first three years back with a general negative image due to the biased comments on the movie. But I and my family enjoyed the film 100% and understood some malign politics played to degrade the movie. The director requires full appreciation and also the crew who acted. Mohanlal is so super portraying Manikam's difference as a youth and aged man. Similarly be it Prakash Raj the villain, Manju Varrier the thamburatti, Siddique as Friend, Manoj Joshi as Muthappan etc. Enchanting songs, brilliant picturesque, action, technical effects everything is so good. IThe credit goes actually to the director. This is just my personal views.
