This movie is chocked full of simple, yet effective, slapstick humor. Not 10 minutes go by without someone cracking a joke. Many of them come fast/hard and take the viewer by surprise. The overall mood is reminiscent of early 90’s movies and it’s quite refreshing. This film does not take itself seriously at all and is unabashedly goofy. Don’t watch it expecting a Scorsese epic because it is not. If you don’t take yourself too seriously and can enjoy some dumb humor, you’ll enjoy this movie.
