I just finished season 1 and I feel like I've wasted my breath on this tv show. The only reason I gave it a chance was for Melissa Joan Hart and the actor who plays Ed(the father). And I needed a new show like Girl Meets World. This isn't it. I don't know why people like it. Maybe it gets better after season 1? The only good thing about this show is Melissa and Sean because their characters resolve issues the way healthy married couples should do.
*SPOILER ALERTS*
Anyways, Nick's foster story is intriguing and I do feel sorry for her. It's clear that she has been and is still going through a lot. Not knowing her mom, her father being in jail and her real foster parents being scam artists. She came to the Thompsons in hopes of conning them. Then she came to realize how amazing they are but she kept deceiving them even when they put so much effort into giving her a loving home. She took Ed's expensive arts and craft supplies and sold them for money. She manipulated Molly, because she knows Molly loves to help people, into giving money to a fake gofundme page that instead of going to a person in need would go to Nick herself. She tried to sell The Thompson's furniture in order to make some cash meanwhile they were planning her surprise birthday party. She let everyone believe Jeremy was crazy when he was the only one right about not being able to trust her. The only time Nick redeemed herself was when she decided not to sell Liz's ring. Jeremy is the only character I really like right now. I really don't know if I should keep watching this show. I haven't any reason to.
