We were watching your Dream Team piece on a female construction manager and a building engineer. It was quite positive until you placed your reporter behind the wheel of an excavator. She was giggling and when she said something about it being "fun" or something to that effect, I stopped watching. This kind of mixed messaging is not helpful to girls who might be interested in these kinds of jobs.
