The movie is enjoyable to watch, however it feels very rushed. There's little to no story/world building, you'd have to be a Mortal Kombat fan to understand what is really going on. If you know nothing of the series then you'll only ask question after question, with no answer. IF there is a second film I'm sure that one will be more fighting based, and with more character's for sure.
