I SO much enjoyed your show entitled "Revival: Century-Old Roxbury Church Spared". My grandparents, who immigrated from Norway in 1903, were members of this church as were many of my ancestors, my mother attended while she was growing up and I attended as well with my parents when I was a little girl. My real memory is of the 'gigantic front doors' and your show helped me bring back my 'stored memories' of the beautiful stained glass windows (I wonder if I would know any of the engraved names?) and the front platform with the pipe organs above. I have a very special photo of a number of my relatives singing in a choir on that platform. I am so glad the church building will be spared. It has always had a special place in my heart. I know my grandparents and mother would be happy as well. Thank you Historic Boston. It's gratifying to know others care about the past.
