this very sophisticated piece of art has a variety of quotable lines. personally, on the daily basis i like to spew a couple gems out to those who are blessed enough to hear. such lines include:
"chicken wing house of pain" (said in incomprehensible tone)
"its a snow day, anything could happen" (said with an unsightly cheesy smirk)
"listen to the wind.......that's not the wind" ~Ketchup boy
however, i should warn you. you may not be quite the same after witnessing this film. expect recurring flashbacks for months of the children's brutality against snow plough guy, Hal wearing the girls anklet and the unnecessarily disturbing talking figurines. The line between fiction and reality is starting to blur thanks to this film.
might i also mention, the absurd amount of young men at claire's doorstep, swooning over her beyond reason. the citizens of this town seem to have a disturbing obsession with fanning over people. such is also seen in the fans of the weather man, who switch up real fast on him without a care.
one very important take away from this movie is that it's not the wind. it's never the wind. it's always ketchup boy with his unstoppable gas, stumbling with his pants at his knees.
