Movie captures the incredible journey of Gunjan Saxena well...wish it was slightly detailed as duration of film felt short.
What makes to different from rest of the biographies is its simplicity and capturing key events as they are without glorifying or preaching any individual...when Gunjan moves out of the tent after her senior office praisles hee efforts in the climax u connect with the situation and are left terry eyed with pride.
Undoubtly Pankaj Tripathi leads the team in acting depth with his simple yet effective skills portraying a father image every child would wish to have had.
ReSt of support cast if effective. The initial trouble Gunjan faced while her training camp at Uddhampur where practically no wanted a female pilot to out do them seems effective and relevant t the time period the movie is based upon hence don't think that it captures IAF in negative sense...no way the same condition was prevent for various fields for women in that era.
Last but not least Jhanvi portrays Gunjan with her innocent eyes and captures the emotions to a certain level though she could have improvised on scenes which ruined her anger and action during war scenes but she has grown as an actor from her last work. Please stop blaming nepotism for everything and anything..here is an actor if well groomed can perform better with each role at least she tried something different from the rest f the lot and that is commendable!
