This film is the definition of style over substance. Beautiful to look at, but essentially a giant shaggy-dog story full of red herring plot details that go nowhere and do nothing. The story is empty as empty and hollow as the skull imagery it's obsessed with. If you love "Game of Thrones" visual aesthetics, go ahead and jump in with both feet, but don't expect fulfillment or rewatchability from the ending.
