I thought the documentary was interesting and well done. It delves into the circumstances of what motivated both people to engage into extreme behavior. Some of it is childhood trauma and some appears to be boredom, lack of direction and meaningful opportunities in their lives. Certainly, to feel fulfilled, they were searching for recognition and excitement. I can't condone their breaking the law by illegally entering buildings but I have to admire the discipline and dedication they have in doing this. The sheer physicality alone of long climbs and being able to balance and center yourself on a precipice is mind-blowing. The law of averages is against them and one hopes they have gotten this out of their systems before a deadly fall occurs. Many reviewers have been critical that they do this for social media clicks only. However, if you get enough followers, you then gain paid sponsorships. So it's more than just clicks. It's paid trips and money.
