This movie is outstanding in any package of excellent movies one might assemble. Acting, directing, story line, dialogue, and ethical core are unmatched in this century. It would never win in the Academy which would deny its moral essence, seeing that essence as a condemnation of its own ethos.
Any movie buff would find this movie challenging and deeply rewarding. It is a true classic by any measure of artistic excellence.
