'Plan Bee' is the life changing cinematic experience that all film lovers search for. From stellar hyper-realistic animation, exceptional voice acting, and outstanding world and character building; 'Plan Bee' is the missing puzzle piece in a year of personality-less, unoriginal cinematic yawn fests.
In 2007, whilst most people were watching the stock standard money grabs of movies that were hitting the cinema screens, I was focussed on the true heart and community of film. The society of intellectuals indulging in the underground comeback of original cinema made up of the (respectable) Mole People and average citizens like myself- only some of whom were involved in the Illuminati. We were focussed on the masterpiece that is 'Plan Bee'.
How often is it that you see a film about the truth of the lifestyle of your average bee? Never. Unlike the shameless rip-off of a film made in the same year, 'Plan Bee' doesn't romanticise unnatural relations between insect and human, nor does it convey a false sense of hope in the American Court of Law (what are the chances of a woman judge in a 2007 America?).
Unlike The Film Who Will Not Be Named, 'Plan Bee' displays an accurate message about the life of the True American Bee. In the real world, all bees have an extraordinary knowledge of American history, all bees also possess a unique personality ranging from whining to incredibly evil, unlike the bees in That Other Movie (all of which are cookie cutter characters, each the same as the last).
Another disgraceful inaccuracy which is corrected in 'Plan Bee' is the way in which bees pollinate and produce honey. Not once in The Plan Bee Rip-off do I see Jerry Seinfeld shake what his mother gave him like its the last thing he'll ever do. 'Plan Bee' is full of gyrating bees, and as a person (who is definitely not a bee.) who has a Bachelor of The Arts -I drew a lot of bees in uni- I know that gyrating is a common occurrence in hives and its truly foul that The Bee Film tried to pass their message off as truth.
Truthfully, for me, 'Plan Bee' was a life changing experience. In 2007 I was diagnosed with a mediocre case of influenza. The doctors had to break it to me that I would be sick for around 3-5 business days. This sent me into a spiral. I was thrown into a depression, I drank plain glasses of milk every day for a week before bed and didn't go partying with my Mole People friends. After I got better, my depression was finally over, and at that point I took a step back and really looked at my life and realised that how I was living was a waste of something that could be so gorgeous.
When Mole Man Chief Francis showed me 'Plan Bee' I was able to see how beauty in our world can be expressed so simply. I started The Society and with Francis and showed people the life changing masterpiece that is 'Plan Bee' and ever since then I've been better than ever.
Thank you 'Plan Bee', for saving me, for showing me what really matters in life, for introducing me to good movies, and for educating the world on the reality of a bees life. I am forever indebted to you.
