There was no depth to this movie—feels rushed or incomplete ideas on the screen. Again, the accomplished career black woman stereotypes at play, “has issues, suck at love, etc. And the recovered black man, with no masculinity?? And the wild black woman, loud, hyper sexual, outlandish, not smart, or the pot smoking black mother, there but not as involved. These myths have to stop making films...the danger of the same story.
