Flawless. Compared to newer games (gen 6 and above) I was actually challenged in some parts of the game. Being able to complete the main story with a whole new generation of Pokémon was an amazing experience. Post game is also fantastic.

Mediocre compared to previous games. Hardly any post game and after finishing the main game I had no desire to re-explore the region as there was nowhere new to discover like previous games. Only good thing about the game is falinks in its natural habitat
