While I am personally disappointed with the movie I can not help but understand that any young person getting into star wars may love the level of action and intensity the movie brought to bear. That being said we are 9 movies into a series that if you look into detail there are so many questions posed by the previous movies that were left unanswered. Who for instance is "the one" to bring balance to the force? In the early movies you are to think it is anakin or luke, but now rei or ren, or Palatine. But in conclusion they refused to expand on the series instead just continueing to repeat the old movies rather than bring the epic full circle. Is palpatine dead? Who knows. Is the force in balance? Obviously not yet. So now we require an additional trilogy to answer questions posed in the original movie and with that i must say the movie deserves the harsh criticism it has been receiving.
