Season 1: 10/10 I've rewatched it two more times since first seeing it. Story is superb. Acting is faultless. Characters are complex and conflicted. Scenes are shocking and exciting. Visuals are stunning. Extreme violence and ethically confronting themes make this one of the best and most entertaining takes of this genre. Season 2: 1/10 Do not watch, it is not worth your time. Marvel at the perfection of season 1 and save yourself from the disappointment of season 2. What is basically a completely different show, is a watered-down and boring season that lost all the extremes of season 1 that made it so good. Story is predictable and dragged on. Characters are one-dimensional. All other aspect fell so far short in comparison to season 1. As an avid filmmaking and cyberpunk fan, I was seriously let down. 5 stars for season 1. I'll pretend season 2 doesn't exist.
