The only thing I can say is that I enjoyed seeing this different side of Cage. A raw and emotional performance. As for the plot and the journey to it... waste of 92 minutes. I have read many reviews raving about its deeper meanings, but I fail to see any of it. Nothing is explained about Rob, the kid, his dad, the woman baker or the cassette tape. Simply put, this movie left me feeling empty and disappointed. Maybe THAT was the purpose?
