The easiest thing this show could do to up it's game would be to be realistic.
How in the world could you put out a tv show in 2020 without addressing Covid. Not a single one of the employees in this pseudo ER is wearing a mask. Workers in actual ERs are fastidious about preventing the spread of this disease. Get a grip. Put masks on your actors and act like this is the real deal!!
