A very slow-paced, vague plot. The acting isn't great, but could be partly blamed on the poor script. The hour-long show crept by slowly. Yawn.

The juxtaposition of 80s pop music doesn't work in this film. Instead, it grates harshly against the scenes, like an accidental intrusion. Additionally, the movie stops, but has no end. Credits roll, leaving the viewer wondering if they missed something (they didn't).

The fascinating life of a child in a highly dysfunctional family, and her fight to find "normal" while keeping a place in her family. A pretty amazing read that redefines the adage, "Truth is stranger than fiction".
