I enjoyed this book for the most part, however if you are not from the area, you may not "get" it. Sadly though, all the recipes use canned tomatoes (unless they are "canning" Jersey tomatoes and that is what they are referring to) and Italian seasoned bread crumbs. I would have liked a picture of how to make cannolli or gnocci. Oh and gnocci with instant mashed potatoes? Really?
