Overall, absolutely fantastic game. Rock solid gameplay - all mechanics work, reasonable variety. Fun! Incredibly imaginative level design. Relates world to narrative. Legitimately funny. Surprisingly dark and mature sense of humour. Brave enough to actually talk about mental illness, but not preachy. Graphics are fine - the look is highly stylised and the graphics fit this. Music is okay; sometimes repetitive (there's an in-game joke about this) 12-30 hours depending on completionism. Respects your time. Limited replay value. This is a classic adventure for the modern era, with a psychedelic twist.

Read as little as you can. The joy is in figuring this thing out for yourself. It is beautiful and terrifying and exciting and challenging and thought provoking and it trusts you to explore and discover for yourself, without ever wasting your time. But above all this is a masterpiece of design. I have never played anything more unique or original. Play it.
