Sentio, Martin Garrix's debut album, is a banger. Filled with club songs in the 128bpm range, this album is upbeat and EDM-based. Nothing too mainstream or pop. There's multiple collaborations in this album, really love the variety of each track. 6 of 11 tracks are instrumentals, if you're into that. Starlight is my favorite song. However the structure for each song is almost the same (verse, build, drop, repeat first half), it feels a bit repetitive because of it. The festival progressive house songs are also a bit too similar with the synths, but the other tracks are unique. It's not a perfect album, but it's really good. Brings us back to the EDM days. 7/10.

Mixed review for this one. This album isn't mostly EDM that I would expect from Alan Walker, it's mostly pop. AW wants to try something different for this one, but they could've made it better. There's still good songs packed like Sorry, Fake A Smile, On My Way, Paradise, Not You, and the remixes. Most of the songs feel weak though, but the good melodies make up for it. Overall I would give it 3.5/5 stars. - #70430
