If you are unsure. Go and watch the movie yourself. See what it does to you. I found it stirring, funny and deeply unsettling. The fact is, wars are fought by normal people, not by monsters. Normal people can do horrific things. Taika as always manages to give you the perspective of a child on a hugely complex event that shook the lives of millions of people...needless to say, reality comes crashing in. I think this movie is brave and bold and it takes you to unexpected places and thoughts. Great.

Within 30 seconds I was sold on this. Geralts (Cavills) face distorted by the use of decoctions just sold it for me. It's gritty, it's dark it's all I wanted it to be. And man the sword fights had me on edge. Amazing. Can't wait to see how it develops
