There are certain things about this movie that I can get behind. Cleaning up one's diet, being more positive, meditation, confronting past trauma, and the fact that certain places (America in particular) tend to over prescribe medication.
Everything else felt like humbug. They barely touch on why some people are born unwell, because it completely undoes any thoughts they have on stress causing illness. There is no evidence that these "alternative medicines" work. They're charlatans/con artists/etc. Some people do need medication and/or surgery. Sorry but sound waves/and tapping on your face will only waste your time and money. This also seems like a way to blame people for being sick, and that just feels evil.
