Hells kitchen season 18 was a joke. Mia should of won hands down. Ramsay had the other chef change her fish dish. Mia's menu was way way better. Ramsay complimented Mia's menu on everything . The winner had been there before and lost the final she knew what to expect. Mia was a rookie and clearly out cooked her competition. The other chef had her chance . Mia should of won . First time I have strongly disagreed with Ramsay
