It was ok. But with many "stories" the prophecies that come about almost always are because of a certain person trying to stay away from it while in the process actually causing the prophecies to happen. Much like this show.
Merlin had times to stop Arthur from getting killed yet everytime pushed that outcome closer and closer to fruition.
Sad.
