ironic that a game designed on pc would neglect that very platform. mike wang has some balls asking 60 bucks for a game this bad. to everyone working at 2k, you should be ashamed of yourselves, especially you ronnie. why wouldn’t the most high performing system you could run on this game not be able to have the next gen features? i’ll edit this review in november to review the next gen, but right now i’m just frustrated that they neglected the pc, just like every other sports franchise

I have only had 3 other mlb games before, 15 on my old ps3, 16 on that same ps3, 19 on a ps4, and now this one on my xbox. My experiences on these are honesty amazing and a 10/10, with 19 being the best baseball game i’ve ever played. but when i saw this game on the xbox i bought it almost immediately because the franchise has never disappointed me at all. this is why it saddens me to say that this games edition of road to the show (the game mode i almost exclusively play) is overly complicated, confusing, and a setback from the games sony released that came out over half a decade ago. i honestly don’t know why there is a load out for this, you can’t pick your position beforehand, there is literally no introduction, you are forced into minors immediately, you are forced to be a pitcher for unknown reasons, and the gameplay just isn’t as fun for me. i haven’t really played that much, so i hope this game wasn’t a waste of 60 dollars. But so far, i could have used my money in such a better way than this game.
