It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My problem was not that it moved to slowly but it took to long to get to the thriller part. My biggest problem with this movie for me was there was no concept of time. Yea I know it started with the main characters as teens and ended with them in their 40 ( I assume), but how long did the divorce take, how long before he and his new wife got together? For me the timeline is a part of the story (because she is telling the story). I liked the direction of the story but the thrill wasn't thrilling enough and it should have come sooner. 2.75⭐ for this one. I wasn't thrilled.
