It gets a 2 because the priest reminds me of Tim Curry. Ms Sweeney is mediocre at best. It’s a pretty movie. But just AWFUL. Redone and redone. All Sweeney does is run about in a floating nightgown grunting and breathing hard. I couldn’t pick her out of a lineup and she’s BORING. Monotone even screaming. She screamed so much I had to go to another room because my cockatiel lost her mind. And. It’s disgusting at the end I focus on her because apparently this was a ‘passion project’ for her and now I know she has no friends. They’d have stopped this over done farce. Also. The least catholic looking person ever. The least nun. It doesn’t even make sense. It’s just awful. But kudos filmographer and set designer.

I gave it two because I love the Bills. What was done to Mike Hanlin was, quite frankly, INSANELY racist. All his intelligence, vital importance-removed. He’s just there now. While I love Skarsgard-they did him dirty. To quote Matt Damon as Kavanaugh-I’m going to start at an 11 and take it to 15 real quick. (Clumsy drink of water.) There was never a moment Pennywise 1) looked like a clown even a historical one 2) was not visibly dangerous. Too over the top and not in a fun way. Jump scares don’t stick. Build dread. And genuinely. How. Dare. They do that to Mike.

So. I made like 20 minutes. It’s racist. Not funny. Racist. If Sandler did to black people what he did to natives they’d have burnt his house to the ground rightfully. And still should. Aiming for satire Al’s Mel brooks and Tropic Thunder and failing. Heinously. This movie is a criminal violent felony.

Very enjoyable, nice chemistry among the cast. David Thewlis was having a ball.

Did anyone like…see this before they let it out? It’s bad. Is he 12?

It’s fun. Clever jokes. John Malkovich. All you need really.

Love this show. The humor is so sharp. And there’s character growth!!!!
