A history of Baltimore written like no other book I had ever read. A must read for any person who lives/lived in Baltimore Maryland due to the author's detailed entertaining words. It's stepping back in time, listening to an old person telling local stories with unbelievable details that are not very well know, but only in this book. Letitia Stockett, born 1885, died I believe 70 years later has the most detailed and entertaining history like I've never read or heard of in my life surrounding amazing details of people, places, what the scenery looked like in Baltimore so long ago to way back into the 1700's, some stories even earlier. MUST READ!
