you people are insane, if you think the movie wasn't about ALL of us, and just about "them", with "them" referring to whoever you might disagree with politically nowadays. Netflix might call this science fiction, but there is almost nothing fiction about it aside from the comet heading towards earth. The idea may be rooted in climate change as a starting point, but the bigger problem in the movie was never the comet was it. Great movie, like idiocracy but not funny, just scary.
