I watched this film at the cinema when it was released in the eighties....one of my all time favourite films.....fell in love with it all over again when I watched it a couple of years ago with my two teenage daughters....they now love the film too. IF you haven't seen this film, it should be right at the top of your must see list, you won't be disappointed, and you will remember this film forever due to its warmth and the emotional roller-coaster - you'll laugh uncontrollably at some points, but it will move you to tears by the end due to the emotional investment the film draws from you...you end up loving the four main characters as if they were your own friends. The cast are superb, even down to the narration by Richard Dreyfuss. Watch and enjoy!
