I suspect this movie would be more enjoyable for the “Hollywood informed”. As I don’t follow that scene, I suspect much of the entertaining nuance (sp?) was lost on me except the high points of Bruce and Manson. Engaging enough that I wasn’t bored, but I left with a bit of a drag. It will be interesting to see the plot thicken as the “informed” of 60-70 era Hollywood explain some of the twists that I couldn’t catch.
