This is the best DC film I have ever seen. James Gunn has saved the DCEU. The cinematography was absolutely phenomenal. The narrative was amazing. THIS is MY Superman. His love for all things was what I loved the most. James and everyone writing, made sure that was a big role in the film. I loved that. We need hope. THIS Superman IS hope. Also, Mr Terrific was exactly as his name says. Loved all the characters. ( Well, not Lex Luthor ) But you get my point Nicholas did a great job at making me dislike Lex. I am so excited for everyone to watch this movie. It is certainly a turning point for DC. Kudos to David for bringing Clark to life. His expressions and mannerisms were vital to this film. Wonderful film. Can't wait for more of what James has planned. 🙏

I love the original anime. This adaptation is phenomenal. I love the characters. They are more fleshed out. I am beyond thrilled that they brought Johnny back for Vash's English cover. I love this new series. The animation is amazing. I can't wait for season 2. ❤️

Idgaf what anyone says. This is the BEST superhero movie I have seen in YEARS!!! The writing was fantastic. All the characters were great. The actors were all amazing. Dwayne Johnson IS Black Adam. Many twists and turns I didn't see coming in this film. I loved it, and am Heartbroken that we will never see him take this role again. I have waited a decade for this film as a huge DC fan and this movie exceeded all of my expectations. It was serious when it needed to be, and lighthearted in the perfect places as well. Everything in this movie made sense and I will always have it at the TOP of my movie list and any DC fan should too.

This movie is one of the biggest disappointments of 2021. Literally one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I watched all three of the Matrix movies in preparation for this one. Now I wish I never watched it. Allow me to elaborate. Spoiler Alert ⚠️ They ruined the original Characters. I am a feminist, and I was offended watching the forced feminism in that movie. They replaced actors with younger people. The plot was no where to be found, and the love between Neo and Trinity should not have been the focal point in the movie. This is a action franchise. Yet where was it? I hated how they made Neo a useless bag of bones, and somehow gave Trinity all of Neo's abilities. Neil Patrick Harris appearing in anything, makes it bad. It was a slap to the face of any fan. The writers should be ashamed. Lawrence Fishburn should be glad they never called him to reprise his role. Now he doesn't have to worry about his name being associated with this embarrassment.

I think watching paint dry has more emotion than this movie does. The visuals are good, but what are they without dialog delivery? All the dialog seemed one sided as if they weren't having a conversation. It was like they recorded everything separately then strung it together. It was like a boring script reading. I also found Timon and Pumba to be quite annoying. I would give it 1 star, but I gave it 2 because baby Pumba was cute.
