Ok, so I was really looking forward to this movie and it was very good. Somewhat different than I expected tho' - I guess that is probably a good thing. Stylistically, the action scenes were excellent and as you can imagine the special effects were top-notch. As a white American male I was very happy with the Chinese cultural themes. I think Hollywood often "Americanizes" movies and steamrolls whatever native culture they are depicting. I felt they tried to strike an appropriate balance between Chinese and American culture. Simu Liu is a star and I hope he is given the opportunity to play other roles. Overall an excellent effort along with the usual marvel humor and teaser in the post credits Go see it, I think you will enjoy it!
