All the Blood and Gore for what? Where's the art in the movie? Where's the Story Arc? I just wonder how good actors can also be tricked into acting in such an unnecessary effort. I hope this toxic trend doesn't not continue any longer, please spare us our time and sanity.

I would pick Jon Favreau's "The Jungle Book" or the Walt Disney's Animated version. Andy Serkis is a better actor than he is a director at this point of time, if you would. And whats with the boy, looks like a Girl in one shot, eye brows done and all and the next shot its the same kid from Adam Sandler's Jack and Jill. No blames attached to the kid, he has done his part. If you are going to remind us all that the story happens in a forest in India.. like we didn't already know that.. atleast hire a consultant who is Indian. Perhaps a good one, who has seen India and Indians a couple more times a year. Netflix should seriously value our time better, if they expect renewals.
