I like the show but the judges should NOT know whose dish they are judging!

Y’all are supposed to be professionals. On the opening of TOC6 You kept SAYING a chef used ANDUJA. However, you had ANDOUILLE WRITTEN on the screen! So which was it?! It looked like anduja to me. I know the difference and I am an amateur. So, which was it?

I like the show, but where is IC Alex G? Also, it’s pronounced puroge, NOT purogees!
