One of the worst world war 2 movies ever made. The main characters seem to be not only involved in the Pearl Harbor attack, in which they single handed shot down numerous Japanese planes, they also were selected for the Doolittle bomber raid on Japan even though they never been trained to fly a bomber. This raid called for experience bomber crews not individual hot shot fliers. The love triangle is a joke. No sooner than one pilot is reported missing, the female suddenly woos his best buddy!

Watched only 20 minutes before I turned it off. I real stinker.

If you like a movie with a nonstop musical number that goes on and on and on, then you’ll love this one. Who needs a lot of dialogue between the characters. I compare this to a western musical staring John Wayne singing to his horse throughout the movie.

Gave up after 45 minutes. Bizarre. Creepy. Reminds me of novel 1984.
